Privacy Policy

Version 2026-07-27 · effective 2026-07-27

This Policy explains how personal data is processed across the NUKE Launcher, website, account system, server owner tools, notifications, analytics, reports and support channels.

1. Controller

The data controller is Damian Pentek. Privacy contact: support@nukelauncher.com.

2. Data we process

3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Steam authentication

Steam authentication redirects you to Steam’s own sign-in page. Steam confirms control of a Steam identifier to NUKE. Additional Steam profile data is requested only where necessary for a disclosed feature and subject to Steam’s own terms and privacy information.

5. Recipients and processors

Data may be shared with hosting, infrastructure, database, security, email, notification, analytics, customer-support and professional-adviser providers acting under appropriate arrangements. If paid services are introduced, relevant payment providers may also receive the data necessary to process those transactions. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities, courts, rights holders or affected parties where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Public server profiles and owner-submitted Content are intentionally visible to users and may be indexed or cached. Do not publish personal information that is not necessary for the server profile.

6. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, NUKE uses an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses and supplementary safeguards. Details relevant to a specific provider may be requested at support@nukelauncher.com.

7. Retention

Exact periods may vary by data type, legal obligation and unresolved dispute. NUKE periodically reviews retention and deletes or anonymises data that is no longer required.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to legitimate-interest processing, and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

Requests should be sent to support@nukelauncher.com. NUKE may ask for proportionate verification and may retain information where a legal exception applies.

9. Automated decisions

NUKE may use automated rules to detect abuse, spam, suspicious uploads, security anomalies or ranking manipulation. Unless separately disclosed, NUKE does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing. Material enforcement decisions may be reviewed by a person where appropriate.

10. Security

NUKE uses measures appropriate to risk, including access controls, hashed session credentials, encryption in transit, restricted administrative access, backups, logging, rate limits and security updates. No system can guarantee absolute security. Users should secure their Steam account and promptly report suspected compromise.

11. Children

The Platform is not designed to collect unnecessary information from children. Users who cannot validly consent or contract under applicable law must use the service only with required guardian involvement. Contact support@nukelauncher.com regarding data submitted without appropriate authorisation.

12. Cookies and local storage

The website may use cookies or similar storage. The desktop launcher also stores settings, cached server information and session material locally. See the Cookie Policy.

13. Changes

NUKE may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical or product changes. The current version and effective date will remain available. Material changes will be communicated appropriately and renewed consent will be requested where the legal basis requires it.
