Copyright and Illegal Content Reporting Procedure
1. What a complete notice should contain
- your name and a working contact email;
- the rights holder, where different from you, and your authority to act;
- the exact NUKE URL, server identifier or other precise location of the material;
- a clear explanation of the alleged violation and the legal or rights basis;
- supporting URLs or evidence;
- good-faith and accuracy confirmations and your electronic signature.
2. What NUKE may do
NUKE may acknowledge the report, request clarification, temporarily restrict content, notify the affected Owner, preserve relevant evidence, reject an insufficient or abusive report, remove or disable content, prevent re-upload, suspend an account, or refer a matter to a competent authority. Action depends on the report’s specificity, credibility, urgency and applicable law.
3. Counter-information and review
An affected Owner may provide licence evidence, authorship information, context or other counter-information to support@nukelauncher.com. NUKE may restore content where appropriate, but may keep it unavailable where another policy or legal ground applies.
4. Submit a report
The information you submit is used to assess and document the report, contact relevant parties, enforce platform rules and handle legal claims. See the Privacy Policy. Do not include unrelated personal data, passwords or secret credentials.
