Content Publishing Rules

Version 2026-07-26 · effective 2026-07-27

1. Where these Rules apply

These Rules apply to server names, descriptions, changelogs, logos, banners, screenshots, animated backgrounds, videos, links, announcements, owner information, webhook content and any other material published through NUKE.

2. Rights declaration

Before an upload, the Owner must actively confirm:

I confirm that I own the copyright or hold an appropriate licence permitting publication of the submitted material in NUKE Launcher. I understand that I am fully responsible for the content I publish and that material violating third-party rights or the Terms may be removed without prior notice.

The declaration must not be preselected. NUKE may store the fact, date, account and relevant asset reference associated with the declaration.

3. Content you must not publish

4. Technical requirements

Uploads must meet the displayed file-type, size, duration, resolution and security requirements. Animated media may be transcoded, stripped of audio, resized and poster images may be generated. Attempts to disguise executables or malicious payloads as media are prohibited.

5. Moderation

NUKE may automatically scan or manually review Content. It may reject, limit, blur, hide, demonetise, remove or preserve material; disable links; prevent re-upload using technical fingerprints; request proof of rights; contact the Owner; suspend publishing; revoke a claim; or suspend an account.

Repeated infringement, malicious uploads, fraud or evasion may result in stronger action. NUKE may retain limited evidence of removed material where necessary for enforcement, disputes or legal obligations.

6. Reports and review

Reports may be filed through the reporting procedure. Owners may respond with evidence of rights or context through support@nukelauncher.com. A response does not guarantee restoration where independent grounds for removal remain.

7. Official NUKE library

Official NUKE animations and assets may be used only through functionality made available by NUKE and subject to any displayed licence or Premium conditions. They must not be extracted, resold, redistributed as standalone media or falsely presented as the Owner’s original work.
